Privacy policy
This policy explains how VitaminLabs handles personal data on vitaminlabs.co, in the portals we share with clients, and in Market Intel, our account intelligence platform. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, write to us.

Who we are
Centive BV, trading as VitaminLabs, Carnegielaan 37, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium, company number BE 0695.500.985 (“VitaminLabs”, “we”). You can reach us about privacy at team@vitaminlabs.co.
Our two roles
We decide (controller) for the data of people who visit this website, contact us, or have a Market Intel account, and for the prospects we approach for VitaminLabs itself.
We work on behalf of our clients (processor) for the data our clients bring into or build up in Market Intel: their target accounts, contacts, CRM records and signals. The client decides what is done with that data and is responsible for its use. A data processing agreement with each client sets out how we handle it. If your data is in a client’s workspace and you want to exercise your rights, we will forward your request to that client and help them answer it.
What we collect and why
| Data | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Website use: pages viewed, device, approximate location | Understand how the site is used and improve it (PostHog) | Legitimate interest, and consent where required |
| The company behind a website visit (from the visitor's IP address) | See which businesses show interest (Snitcher) | Legitimate interest, and consent where required |
| Visits from our LinkedIn campaigns | Measure our campaigns (LinkedIn Insight Tag) | Consent |
| Name, email and message from the contact form | Reply to your request | Steps before a contract, legitimate interest |
| Market Intel account: name, work email, profile photo, workspace | Give you access and keep your account secure | Contract |
| Business contact data in Market Intel: name, job title, company, LinkedIn profile, work email, public professional activity | Help our clients find and follow the right accounts (B2B only) | Our client's legitimate interest (we act as processor) |
We only work with business data: people in their professional role. We do not collect sensitive data (such as health, religion or political opinions), and we do not sell personal data.
Where business data comes from
For Market Intel we use public professional sources (company websites, public LinkedIn profiles and posts, company registers) and specialised business data providers, reached through treg. Clients can also connect their own tools, such as their CRM or website visitor tool.
AI
Market Intel uses AI models (Anthropic) to research companies and suggest how well they fit a client’s ideal customer profile. These are suggestions for people to act on. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you is made automatically. Our AI provider handles the data under business terms that do not allow it to train its models on it.

How long we keep it
- Contact requests: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Market Intel accounts: as long as the account exists.
- A client’s workspace data: for the duration of the contract, deleted within 30 days after it ends unless the client asks for an export first.
- Website analytics: according to the retention settings of each tool, at most 24 months.
How we protect it
Data travels encrypted. Each client’s workspace is kept apart from the others at database level. Keys to clients’ tools are stored encrypted, and only the people who need access have it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can always object to direct marketing, and we will stop. Write to team@vitaminlabs.co; we answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
